Privacy Policy

PerguntaProProfessor is an AI coach conversation platform. This policy explains, in simple terms, what data we collect and how we use it, in compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018).

1. Data we collect

• Account: name, email, encrypted password, date of birth.
• Conversations: messages exchanged with coaches.
• Technical: IP address, anonymous device identifier (fingerprint), browser information.
• Payment: processed by the provider (Stripe); we do not store cards.

2. How we use it

• Operate the service, authenticate accounts, and apply usage limits;
• Verify minimum age (18+) and prevent abuse;
• Improve coaches in an anonymous and aggregated way (you can opt out in the dashboard);
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with essential providers (hosting, LLM, payment), under contract and strictly to operate the service.

4. Your rights (LGPD)

You may, at any time:

• Access, correct, or export your data;
• Delete your account and conversations from the dashboard;
• Withdraw consent and request anonymization.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion, we remove data within up to 30 days, except when required by law.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and database-level security policies (RLS). No system is 100% secure; we act diligently to reduce risks.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and, if enabled, aggregated analytics cookies. You can block them in your browser (some features may stop working).

8. Changes

Relevant updates will be communicated in advance. The current version is always the one published on this page.
